A blend of small lot fermentations of Merlot, Malbec & Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from arid vineyards in the hotter climate of Osoyoos. We work with several growers in the South to source red grapes that need some more heat and sunshine to fully develop. We always process each red lot separately on the crush pad, then carefully select and blend certain lots in order to deliver a bright, fun and fruity red wine that doesn’t need much except a patio and some charcuterie.
