It’s important to read these terms carefully, along with any other rules, notices, or disclaimers that may appear on different pages of the website. Together, all of these make up the full agreement between you and us.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, including people who are just browsing, as well as customers, vendors, merchants, or anyone who adds or shares content on the site.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be 18 years of age or older in the Province of Alberta to order or receive alcoholic beverages from us. If you are in a different province, you must meet the legal age requirement for that location.

 

PAYMENTS 
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express and various other payment methods . Simply enter your card details in the payment section at checkout.
NOTE : legacy liquor ltd does not store , share or trade your credit card information for our own personal uses or benefits.

GENERAL SERIVCES , PRODUCTS AND CONDITIONS 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
We may update, change, suspend, or stop any part of the website at any time without notice. This includes removing features, services, or products.
We may also set additional rules or limits on how the website can be used for the purchases and browsing . 
You agree to check these terms regularly. By continuing to use the website, you accept any changes that are made.
We are not responsible for any impact or issues that may result from changes, interruptions, or the discontinuation of the website or any of its services, content, features, or products.

 

All purchases made through our website depend on product availability. We do our best to keep enough stock of all items listed, but some products may be available in limited quantities and can sell out without notice.

We also reserve the right to limit or cancel the quantity of items you can purchase. In some cases, we may restrict and sales based on the person, household, location, or region, at our discretion.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email. A refund will be issued to your credit card  or as in the form of store credit which is only applicable for online store only. it would be for any items that could not be provided.

Prices for our products may change at any time without notice. Unless stated otherwise, all prices on our website are in Canadian dollars strictly .

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

If we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we may cancel it and report it to the appropriate authorities.

We do our best to display product details—such as vintage and design—as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that these details will always match exactly as the design and year of the vintage product changes from the distributor or supplier  without any notice.  

OTHER FEES AND DESPOIT 

The Beverage Container Recycling Program was introduced in Alberta on December 1, 1997. As part of this program we are entitled to charge customer for a recycling deposit on all eligible bottles and cans.

The deposit fees are:

  • Up to 1 litre: $0.10 per item
  • Over 1 litre: $0.25 per item

We do our best to show the correct recycling fee for each product on our website. If you notice any difference or error, please continue with your order and contact us on

Discount Code Policy

  • Discount codes do not apply to items that are already discounted or to orders that have already been placed or shipped.
  • Discount codes are for online use only and cannot be used in-store.
  • We may exclude certain items or limit discounts, especially on rare or limited products.

Sale Item Policy

  • We may limit the quantity of items available at sale prices.
  • Prices do not include taxes or bottle deposits and may change at any time.
  • Sale prices are online only and do not apply to in-store purchases.

Additional Policies

  • For local pickup orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Product images are for reference only; actual items (such as vintage) may vary slightly.
  • All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis—no holds.
  • For items marked “Limit 1 per person/household,” duplicate orders will be cancelled with no exceptions, including previous orders.



GENERAL SHIPPING DETAILS AND POLICY 
Shipping costs depend on where you live and the size of your package. You’ll see the estimated shipping price at checkout before you pay. Please make sure we can deliver to your address before placing your order. If we can’t ship to you, you’ll need to pick up your order in person at one of our Calgary, Alberta locations.

We do not ship to PO box addresses.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME 

We process all orders within 2–4 business days. During this time, your order is prepared and packed for shipment.

Once your order is ready to ship or has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

 

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

For faster processing, Please place your order between Friday and Tuesday.
NOTE: On Tuesdays, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM MDT (GMT -06:00) for eligible faster processing .


At checkout, you’ll usually see an estimated delivery date. Please note that this estimate date does not include order processing time—it only reflects the time the courier takes to deliver your package after it has been shipped to them from the store warehouse. 

Estimated Delivery Times for an order will be between 7-10 days 

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, your location, the delivery method, and the items you ordered.

An adult of legal age must be present to receive the delivery and provide ID and a signature. If no adult is available, the package will be taken to the nearest postal location for pickup. Orders cannot be left at the door or unattended due to security of the package.

Possible Delays:
Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Low inventory in the warehouse
  • Holiday seasons (like Christmas or new-year ) 
  • Carrier delays or strikes
  • Severe weather conditions

DAMAGE AND LOST SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that happens during shipping by third-party couriers. We carefully pack every order, but once it leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under our control.
