Crafted by Master Distiller Owen Martin, this limited-edition release turns traditional whiskey-making on its head to achieve the ultimate paradox: a Cask Strength Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon. By legally mandated definition, a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey must be exactly 100 proof. Rather than adding water to drop the proof down, we carefully selected a rare handful of low-entry-proof barrels that naturally aged to exactly 100 proof straight out of the wood. The result is an incredibly rich, highly viscous, and unadulterated look at our true distillery character.
