Casa Silva's vineyards in Paredones are just six kilometers from the sea, in the coastal-most zone of the Colchagua Valley. There, on granitic-clay soils and with the strong presence of Pacific breezes, sauvignon seems to feel at ease. This example is juicy in acidity and rich in ripe white fruits, but it's also refreshed by herbal tones that give it complexity and liveliness. The texture on the palate is smooth, and the finish tastes of herbs. Score - 93. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021)
