As a light brandy, it delivers on all its complex notes with great fruitcake notes with a slight pungency of oak spices. It's smooth with no rough edges. An easy drink neat or on the rocks. Slides down the throat effortlessly and with no harsh undertones. In the mouth, there is a hint of apricot with a plankish kind of oak-woodiness. Fades into caramel flavors, a hint of toffee, light mocha and a lingering caramel. The light taste means that it takes very little accompaniment to enjoy this drink as it does not overpower the other additives. it is also great for cocktails.
