Matured for a minimum of eight years in premium white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky is cut to proof using ultra-pure, soft groundwater filtered through the volcanic stone of Mount Daisen. Non-chill filtered and bottled at a robust 43%–46% ABV, it delivers an exceptionally smooth, rounded texture and a vibrant, layered flavor profile that beautifully bridges the traditions of Speyside and Japan.
