Product Overview
Rampur Select is a super-premium Indian single malt whisky crafted at the historic Radico Khaitan distillery, which dates back to 1943 in Uttar Pradesh, India. Masterfully styled as "The Kohinoor of Single Malts", this non-chill filtered expression is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in the foothills of the Himalayas. The region's extreme climate—juxtaposing freezing mountain winters with blistering summers—accelerates the barrel interaction, giving the whisky an astonishing depth of flavor and a rich tropical complexity that rivals spirits aged twice as long in cooler climates.

Tasting Notes
  • Aroma: Rich, expressive, and deeply sweet. Dominant notes of creamy vanilla, warm toffee, and honey integrate seamlessly with a vibrant sun-warmed orchard profile of ripe apricot, crisp red apple, stewed figs, and a touch of tropical lychee.
  • Palate: Exceptionally smooth, full-bodied, and velvety on the tongue. Succulent layers of caramelized agave-like sweetness, vanilla bean, and bright citrus zest give way to an evolving mid-palate of toasted nuts and subtle baking spices like cinnamon and white pepper.
