An exquisite bunch of blue plum, dark currant, smoky oak, calfskin and dark pepper flavor. This is a medium-to full-bodied wine with delicate drying tannins, great construction and moderate sharpness. Kinds of succulent red and dark natural products with sweet flavor fill the mouth. The extra-dry waiting completion shows notes of dark tea, cherry and currant. Appreciate with two-year-old Canadian cheddar and Grana Padano cheddar; meat tenderloin in rich red wine decrease or finished off with softened blue cheddar or rich liquefied spread; barbecued red meats (medium to seared to perfection); rosemary sheep cleaves; pot broil. The mix is 58% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc.
