From a super-popular producer, this Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from deep clay soils with a high fossil content in the vineyards of Veneto. It displays the balance, firm tannins, juicy blackcurrant and woodsy evergreen notes for which the variety is adored the world over but is more delicate and elegant than many examples from Napa or even Bordeaux. Perfect for charcuterie and creamy cheeses.
