  • Exclusive Sherry Maturation: The spirit is matured for at least 12 years predominantly in hand-selected, Oloroso sherry-seasoned European oak casks (with a minor hint of American sherry oak influence).
  • High-Proof Expression: Unlike the standard 12-year-old expression which is bottled at 40% or 43% ABV, this edition is presented at 55% ABV to intentionally unlock a heavier texture and a more concentrated blast of flavor.
  • Natural Hue: The deep amber appearance is entirely drawn from the wood during maturation, with no added caramel colouring.

  • Nose: Highly concentrated aromas of sticky dates, cherry compote, warm cinnamon spice, cacao nibs, dried orange slices, and mature oak.
