Tinhorn Creek Merlot 750ml

The 2019 Merlot is fresh and elegant with a vibrant natural acidity. Fruit from Tinhorn Creek's Diamond Back Vineyard on Black Sage Bench was fermented using natural yeasts. The wine was then aged in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for twelve months. The ripe dark cherry flavours and firm tannins in this wine showcase the bounty of the South Okanagan perfectly.
